BAX<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bax moved into the animal sanctuary together with his sister Banni in April 2021. The two of them come from an animal shelter where they were also born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The siblings were always to be found in a double pack, until one day Banni disappeared without a trace and did not reappear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bax is our smallest rabbit, but a real \"robber\". We also affectionately call him \"the tank cracker from the sanctionary\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BELLE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belle and Cid (\u2020) come from a bad home and were handed over to the shelter. They were then placed together and returned to the shelter. This was repeated one more time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In October 2023, we gave them both a \"forever home\" at the animal sanctuary so that they could come to rest with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BLUE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blue comes from the shelter and moved in with Heidi in March 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blue has striking blue eyes, which also explains the name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is quite shy and has no interest in being stroked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HEIDI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

We took Heidi out of the shelter together with Blue in March 2022 and brought her to her new home at the sanctuary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heidi is our \"escape artist\". Her favorite destination is the neighbor's garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

HILDE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hilde was rescued from bad husbandry in February 2024. She is the mother of Karl and Sam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first meeting with our rabbit group was a bit wild, but now everything is going as it should. Hilde has settled in with us and gets on well with the other rabbits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The little giantess is looking forward to life, as she can now hop around in the open air, something she was previously denied. Now she is eagerly awaiting the day when her two children Karl and Sam can move in with us at the sanctuary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KARIN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Karin came from a bad home and ended up in an animal shelter. She had been waiting there for a long time to be rehomed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In October 2023, we created a lifetime home for her at the animal sanctuary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

KARL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Karl and his brother Sam were rescued from poor conditions in January 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sam and Karl are currently supported by @kleine_pfoten_grosses_herz_ <\/em>lovingly nursed until they are big and fit enough to be integrated into our rabbit group in a few weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SAM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Sam and Karl are currently undergoing intensive treatment at @kleine_pfoten_grosses_herz_<\/em>as Sam in particular has joint problems. They are now being lovingly nursed until they are big and fit enough to be integrated into our rabbit group in a few weeks' time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SYLVIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sylvia moved into the sanctuary together with Elli (\u2020) and Leontin (\u2020) in May 2021. The 3 rabbits come from a private breeding of so-called \"slaughter rabbits\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sylvia stands out because of her size (German Giant) and is relatively trusting for a rabbit. She nudges you to greet you and sometimes lets you stroke her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sylvia was a close friend of Leontin, who we have sadly had to say goodbye to in the meantime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BAX Bax ist zusammen mit seiner Schwester Banni im April 2021 auf dem Lebenshof eingezogen. Die beiden kommen aus einem Tierheim, in dem sie auch geboren wurden.
